There are variety of scrubs that can be made easily at home and at low cost to give radiant skin. There are two basic types of exfoliates.
1.Those which remove the dead cell by the use of some abrasions
2.Those which use the chemical to peel of the dead skin.
In home made remedies the abrasive products are used to remove the dead skin and give glow to the skin.
TIPS ON EXFOLIATION;
It involves first the cleansing of skin so that the skin become ready for the exfoliation process.
After it some scrub for exfoliation is used first to be sure its compatible with the skin type.
If there are any eruptions on the skin then the mild type of scrub is used so that it will not aggravate the problem.
After exfoliation the skin toning should be done.
Some examples of easy-to-make deep exfoliating scrubs are given below.
OATMEAL FACIAL SCRUB;
Take two tbsp of oatmeal powder and add in to it a tbsp of baking soda and stir after adding water in it drop by drop in this way a paste is formed and apply this on by circular movements of fingers.
SALT SCRUB:
Take a cup of sea salt and in to it half cup of vegetable oil and some desired fragrance in it added then use it as body scrub for exfoliation.
SUGAR SCRUB:
Take two table spoons of granulated sugar, two table spoons of brown sugar and one table spoon of almond oil and mix this and apply it on body skin and exfoliate the dead cells amazingly.
After each exfoliation there is proper toning of skin should be done so that the open pores should be tightened and after that moisturizer should be applied on the skin. Sun screen should used after the pores. Exfoliation should be done twice in a week.
